Purpose

This directory serves as a staging area for comprehensive documentation that requires analysis and structured breakdown before integration into the main documentation architecture.

Workflow

1. Intake: Place comprehensive documents here with proper Jekyll front matter
2. Analysis: Review content and identify impact areas across existing documentation
3. Decomposition: Break down into focused documents that fit existing structure
4. Integration: Update existing files and create new specialized documents
5. Cleanup: Archive or remove original comprehensive documents after successful integration

Historical drafts (not actively processed)

• analysis-director-breakdown.md — analysis of how to break down the original director-system-overview.md; that source has been deleted and the breakdown now lives in core-systems/s-plings-io/. Filename retained for git-history continuity even after the Director → Gateway service rename.
• plings-solana-payment-architecture.md — early draft superseded by architecture/solana-payment-architecture.md
